I did an engagement shoot with a fun couple Derele & Muyiwa. They will be getting married in December in the States.. We met approximately a month ago and we decided to meet up in Atlanta to do an engagement shoot. For the most part we decided to roam the streets of Downtown Atlanta, the Centennial Olympic Park to achieve our goal of getting some really architectural shots and the basic portraits.

So from trespassing to the police officer warning me to stop taking pictures we came out with a lot of beautiful pictures. Unfortunately I can not post all the pictures on my blog. I decided to make a lot of my edits blk & white but off course the lovely couple will get both shades, colored and BW.. I’m going through a black & white phase. I already went through my fascination of trees phase… Lastly, forgot to mention they do like to kiss a lot as well which made it easier to capture true love

Tallest Gele

I was fortunate enough to cover a wedding a few months back of Shade & Ore. It was the first time I met Segun Gele and I was surprised to see a talented man who did make up and knew how to tie Gele as well. So when I saw his interview on CNN money I was quiet impressed. Big up to Segun Gele..
here are some beautiful Gele styles he did for Shade.. Oh I must say Shade was the first bride that I’ve seen that changed at least 4 times..

I met Bimpe & Joseph approximately a month ago and she wanted us to meet and discuss their wedding plans. I must say I love working with humble clients. We did an Engagement Session in DC about 2 weeks ago and I wanted to share some of my favorite shots from the session. I’m looking forward to their beautiful wedding coming up soon in a few weeks.
Congratulations to Bimpe and Joseph and may the good God we serve continue to bless you both.. :0

Since this is just a blog post and not the final end product that I’ll be giving to the lovely couple, I decided to try different creative Black&white tones.

I shot a beautiful wedding last weekend with Bayo Dawodu downtown Baltimore at the Waterfront Marriott Hotel. This wedding was extremely beautiful and well planned. I must say it was the shortest wedding I have ever covered. A record 5 hours total. Congratulations to Amanda and Larry. May God continue to bless your union

OYIN (HONEY CHILD)

I call this the 2 month project…. lol So Oyin hit me about 3 months ago about doing a photoshoot for her and my first question was what do need portraits for and her response ” I just love to take pictures” so i agreed to do it. I must say it was quiet interesting… We did the first scene in VA and finished up 2 months later in DC… The pictures came out great and I had fun shooting OYIN.. here are some of my favorite pics

Happy (25+ 5) 30th Birthday to Fadeke… I must say its nice sometimes to work with sweethearts such as Fadeke.. I met Fadeke for the first time on her Bday but she was probably one of the nicest clients I have met. I must say the party was very nice, shout out to DJ Phemstar, Deco by Fadeke and friends.. Here are some of my favorite pics from the Party.. Fadeke wanted me to include a message to all her family, close friends and the guest, hence proving my point that Fadeke is indeed a sweet heart.
